LG Stylus 2 Plus is a slightly modified version of the smartphone Stylus 2. It is true that we wrote about a press release in Taiwan, but today the launch of the smartphone was officially announced in the LG headquarters - in Korea. There are changes in the specification.
LG Stylus 2 Plus will be an improved version of the model LG Stylus 2. For those who had the opportunity to have the previous version, it will probably be a valuable summary of the technical specifications. LG Stylus 2 Plus is primarily a sizable 5.7-inch display with a resolution of FHD (1080x1920 pixels), making a total of not the worst experience at a density of 386 ppi. The stylus strongly suggests that the smartphone is designed for those who need a big screen to work or simply do not like to use the screen with fingers which may be dirty. The specification does not even try to suggest a high-end smartphone. It just smooth and efficient working mule, which should make a lot of satisfaction to the user, who knows what he wants.
Quite a surprise is obviously a different SoC model than given during the Taiwanese launch. While LG earlier suggested an 8-core Snapdragon 430 with a nominal clock running at a frequency of 1.2 GHz, today we find in the specification an unspecified 8-core processor, but with a clock of 1.4 GHz. If this is not an editor's mistake, we might deal with versions with different SoC.

Other details are the same. LG Stylus 2 Plus runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB flash ROM + memory card. The cameras: the main one and the front one have respectively matrices 16 and 8 megapixels.
The market launches will occur in the following order: Taiwan, Mexico, Turkey, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, USA and gradually "other local markets". After converting LG Stylus 2 Plus will cost approx. $ 340. The price is illusory, because there will be added also duties and taxes. It is hoped that in the subscription offers it will be slightly better.
