Even before the opening of the IFA in Berlin, Acer unveiled three new Android smartphones. The models Liquid Z6 and Z6 Plus have IPS screens with rounded edges, while the Iconia Talk S is an interesting and inexpensive alternative on the market of business phablets.
The smartphone Acer Iconia Talk S (denoted also as a model A1-734) has a quad-core MT8735 processor, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a 6.9-inch display and an HD resolution (1280x720 pixels), a 13-megapixel camera, software Iconia Suite facilitating the use of the phablet. It also supports a micro SD memory card with a capacity of up to 128 GB.
Acer Iconia Talk S phablet is designed for traveling professionals who need a mobile device with a screen size larger than a typical smartphone. The device combines the advantages of a dual-SIM LTE smartphone and a tablet. Intelligent power management provides ample battery life of up to 9 hours2 for enjoying videos, gaming and web browsing all day.
The screen surface is coated to protect against accidental slipping out of hand. It is fully integrated with Acer’s Iconia Suite apps such as EZ Snap (easier to make screenshots), EZ Wake up (unlocked via gestures) and EZ Utilities (package system tools). Iconia Talk S has a pre-installed package of Microsoft Office applications.

The smartphones Acer Liquid Z6 are characterized by a minimalist and elegant design. They use modern solution in the form of a screen with rounded edges. Liquid Z6 is equipped with a quad-core MT6737P processor, it has IPS screen with an HD resolution (1280x720 pixels) and rounded edges 2.5D. The rear camera takes pictures with a resolution of 8 megapixels, front - 2 megapixels. On board there is also 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of ROM.

What does Acer Liquid Z6 Plus have? An octa-core MT6753 processor, a 5.5-inch display with a FullHD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) and a rear camera with a resolution of 13 megapixels, a front camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB ROM and a fingerprint reader. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.
Both devices are based on MediaTek processors. Acer Liquid Z6 has the quad-core MT6737P and Acer Liquid Z6 Plus - efficient, octa-core MT6753. Plus version is equipped with a fingerprint scanner, improving user security, and allowing you to quickly unlock the smartphone.

The phablet Acer Iconia Talk S will be available in September at a price of 169 euro. Acer Liquid Z6 will be on the market in November and will cost 119 euro, and Acer Liquid Z6 Plus will debut in December, and its suggested retail price will be 249 euro.
