The Chinese company LeEco officially entered the US market, presenting on this occasion a new model - LeEco Le S3. The phone was valued there at $ 249.
The price of the phone is even more attractive because buying it you can get a $ 100 refund in the form of a voucher for another shopping at the official LeEco store.
Even without the discount LeEco Le S3 can be an attractive proposition, because it has a 5.5-inch FullHD display and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor supported by 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. The smartphone also has 32 GB of internal storage, LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.

LeEco Le S3 supports DualSIM mode, but there is no information on the possibility of using a microSD card. The smartphone received two cameras. The rear one has 16 megapixels, dual LED flash and 4K video recording, while the front is an 8-megapixel. The battery has a capacity of 3000 mAh with the option of fast charging mode Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the overlay "eui".

Accessories complement the fingerprint scanner. The phone does not have the minijack, but on the other hand – it has a USB-C and the headset adapter. A set also includes headphones compatible with CDLA and Dolby Atmos system, which is provided in the presented device. Everything was closed in a metal housing with Gorilla Glass 3, which comes in three colours to choose from: gray, pink and gold. The device has dimensions 151.1 x 784.2 x 7.5 mm and weighs 153 g.
For the record, let me add that in the US LeEco offers another model LeEco Le Pro 3, and described above LeEco Le S3 is probably the American variant of the familiar model LeEco Le 2 – which differs among others with the processor.
