The Chinese branch of Samsung officially unveiled the clamshell smartphone W2017, previously known as Galaxy Veyron. The phone’s price - to put it mildly – sweeps you off your feet.
The phone costs a fortune, but do not worry - it will be available only in China, which quite clearly shows the purchasing power of that market. Samsung W2017 has a flagship specification, and an elegant, almost luxurious housing. The heart of W2017 is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 clocked at 2.15 GHz, supported by 4 GB of RAM and Adreno 530graphics . The internal memory has a capacity of 64 GB and can be expanded using the microSD card of 256 GB.

Samsung W2017 has - by virtue of its construction - two identical, 4.2-inch Super AMOLED FullHD displays, on which appears in the interface of Android 6.0.1 with TouchWiz overlay. The equipment is supplemented by two cameras. The main has 12 megapixels in Dual Pixel Technology, lens aperture of f/1.7 and the LED flash. The front camera has 5 megapixels and lens f/1.9. The phone of course supports LTE, it also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC and GPS/Glonass.

There are a heart rate monitor, and a fingerprint scanner (both are on the back of the housing), and all this feeds the battery with a capacity of 2300 mAh with a wireless and accelerated charging option. The chousing is available in black or gold, and the price of Samsung W2017 given by the Chinese sites is approx. 20,000 yuan, or $ 2,960.
