According to the announcement of the manufacturer, Honor Magic made its debut today in China. The smartphone attracts attention mainly with a remarkable housing project, but it also has several other advantages.

Honor Magic is based on the processor Kirin 950. 4 GB of RAM is accompanied by 64 GB of a user memory. The version sold in China through 3 sales network, VMALL, JD, Tmall, is marked NTS-AL00, supports 2 nano-SIM cards and will not - according to information of distributors - take advantage of external memory, which is probably quite a risky move. But it is worth waiting for the official manufacturer's data on this issue, especially as it is not the only version of the smartphone, which will be available for purchase.

The display of Honor Magic was made in AMOLED technology and provides the user with an image resolution of 1440x2560 pixels, with a diagonal of 5.09 inches which gives a considerable density of 577 ppi. Unfortunately, we do not have information on how the rounded surface is protected from scratches or falls.

In one of the pictures shown during the presentation of the smartphone can be seen an unusual drawer, where two SIM slots are integrated. Next to them we can see the USB-C slot. Among the communication interfaces there can also be found, of course, BT, WiFi, and NFC.

The rear camera set consists of two 12 megapixels cameras supported by a set of two LED flashes. The front camera also received the LED flash together with the 8-megapixel matrix. In addition to the front camera we can also find the interface to identify the face, and in the home button there was placed a fingerprint reader.

Honor Magic works on Android 6.0 with the overlay EMUI 5.0, has a battery with a capacity of 2900 mAh with a quick-charging. With such an energy-consuming configuration, it may happen that the battery is sufficient without the included energy-saving modes for one day of work.

At the moment the described version of the smartphone is now available in Chinese retail chains in the price of 3699 yuan (510 euro, $ 540).
