Xiaomi introduced the new model - Xiaomi Redmi 5A. This is the direct successor to the very popular Redmi 4A.
Xiaomi Redmi 5A is offered at a similar price as its predecessor, which makes this model an attractive proposition - one of the cheapest but nicely equipped Android phones. The smartphone has a 5-inch HD screen and a Snapdragon 425 processor with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 308 graphics.

The phone also has 16 GB of internal memory as well as a slot for a microSD card, albeit in a hybrid slot, alternating with DualSIM support.

Xiaomi Redmi 5A features a 13-megapixel main camera with a f/2.2 aperture and a 5 MP front camera with f/2.0 lens. The smartphone is available in three colours - Champagne Gold, Cherry Powder and Platinum Silver. Power is provided by a 3000 mAh battery, and the price of the phone is 599 yuan, which is $ 91.
