AI applications focus primarily on the recognition of speech and image recorded by the camera and microphone. As a result, Vision AI solutions have been created that facilitate the use of the camera, and Voice AI significantly expanding the set of voice commands available in the latest smartphone. We wrote about this technology a few days ago.

Let's focus on the LG V30S ThinQ parameters. It is a flagship equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory in the LG V30S ThinQ model or 256 GB in the LG V30S + ThinQ model. In addition, the memory can be expanded using a microSD card with a capacity of up to 2 TB.

The manufacturer claims that this model is the slimmest and lightest device among smartphones with a screen size of at least 6 inches. In addition, it also stands out in terms of strength and durability, which is confirmed by tests carried out in accordance with the norm 14 MIL-STD 810G approved by the US Department of Defense. The LG V30S ThinQ smartphone is offered in a new colour, New Moroccan Blue enriched with a green shade, and LG V30S+ ThinQ is available in an elegant platinum gray casing. Both models have a unique finish of the back wall, which, depending on the angle of incidence of light glitters with different shades.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

Artificial intelligence includes camera functions - Vision AI - and voice commands - QVoice.

Vision AI includes three new intelligent camera functions: AI CAM, QLens and Bright Mode, which automate its operation and allow for higher quality images. AI CAM analyzes objects in the frame and recommends the optimal thematic mode (out of eight available). Individual options improve the appearance of the photographed object taking into account such parameters as viewing angle, colours, light reflections, lighting or colour saturation.

QLens uses artificial intelligence to recognize the image, which allows you to scan QR codes and significantly increases the comfort of on-line shopping. In order to obtain information about the item of interest to us, it is enough to photograph it using the QLens function and receive information about online stores offering it at the lowest price, as well as products similar to the one analyzed. With this feature, you can also use the image search to display matching or similar photos of dishes, clothes and celebrities, as well as detailed information about characteristic objects, such as buildings and monuments. The Bright Mode ensures exceptional quality of images taken in low light.

QVoice recognizes over 50 voice commands, allowing you to handle the most-used functions even without touching your smartphone. 32 Voice AI commands supported by the Google Assistant and available only on LG smartphones.
