Archos introduces new models to the Oxygen series. They are to offer good quality for little money. These models are Oxygen 57, with a large display in a compact housing, 6.26-inch Oxygen 63 and Oxygen 68XL, with a 6.85-inch display - all have octa-core processors with support for AI technology, LTE with VoLTE, VoWiFi connectivity, full-screen 19: 9 displays in compact enclosures and Android 9 Pie.
They are available in typical versions of memory: 3/32 GB and 4/64 GB, including support for microSD card. These three models will be available from May 2019, for 99 euro for the Archos Oxygen 57 model, 129 euro for the Oxygen 63 model and 149 euro for Oxygen 68XL.
The Diamond series smartphone, which suggests high performance, modern design and innovative technologies at a price not exceeding EUR 300, is a very unique item in the manufacturer's offer. The new Diamond has a front panel with a 6.39-inch display surrounded by minimal frames, with a pop-up camera and a fingerprint reader embedded in the screen. The AMOLED display has an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9 and a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels, and MediaTek Helio P70 corresponds to performance, supported by 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. The smartphone is to have Android 9 Pie and it will be available for sale from May 2019 for 299 euro. This is definitely the best making impression of the Archos product - you can see the care of the workmanship, attention to detail and refinement of the mechanisms of the pull-out front camera.
You can see that the copies presented at the stand are not yet finely tuned. Graphical interfaces have problems with fitting into the frame limiting the screen, and the biggest problem are notches as usual. At first glance, the smartphones indicate, perhaps except for Diamond, that they are budget devices that have no major ambitions. Despite this, they seem to be made aesthetically.
