Micromax returns to the game in India with the IN Note 1 and IN 1B models

After a break of several months, Micromax returns to the Indian market with new models. The Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1b are designed specifically for India, which is obviously even shown in their markings.

Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1b are not very expensive medium phones, with MediaTek processors and large screens and batteries. Both models received triple card slots (DualSIM + microSD), minijack slots, as well as Google Assistant keys. Smartphones are equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac connectivity and work under the control of Android 10 in raw form. On the back of both models we find classic fingerprint readers.

Micromax IN Note 1 is the most interesting of the novelties. It has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with a hole for a 16-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, in turn, there is a camera with the main 48 Mpx module and 5 Mpx wide-angle and two 2 Mpx for macro and background blurring. The heart of the phone is the Helio G85 processor, supported by 4 GB of RAM. The power supply is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with fast 18 W charging. This model costs - depending on the selected internal memory 64 or 128 GB - 10999 or 12999 rupees. Converted to $ 149-175.

Micromax IN 1b is a cheaper construction. It is based on the Helio G35 processor, which is combined with two memory sets: 2+32 and 4+64 GB. The smartphone has a screen with a diagonal of 6.52 inches and HD+ resolution. An 8-megapixel selfie camera is mounted in the droplet notch of the display. At the back there is a double camera - 13+2 Mpx. This model is also powered by a 5000 mAh battery - but it charges with only 10 W. The prices of this model are 6999 and 7999 rupees, which is 95-108 USD.
