Huawei officially unveiled the Huawei Mate 40E model today, another variant of its flagship. The device is unlikely to cross the border of China...
Huawei Mate 40E is a model dedicated to the company's home market, rather deprived (due to the lack of access to Google services) of opportunities for wider distribution. The smartphone is based on the Kirin 990E processor and has a 6.5-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and a 240 Hz touch panel. The screen has folded edges and a hole for a 13-megapixel selfie camera, while a fingerprint reader is hidden under the surface of the display.
The rear camera, integrated into the characteristic round bezel, has a main matrix of 64 Mpx, an 8-megapixel module with a telephoto lens with a 3x zoom and a 16-megapixel wide-angle module, also offering a macro mode. The fourth element, pretending to be a lens - is the laser AF sensor. The smartphone has a 4200 mAh battery with 40 W fast charging and reverse charging. The equipment is completed with stereo speakers, NFC and housing seals in the IP53 class. The smartphone is offered in two memory variants: 8+128 and 8+256 GB, hence two prices - 4599 and 5099 yuan. Converted that would be $ 710-785, excluding taxes, of course.
