The Japanese branch of Oppo presented a new Reno 5A model. It is a relative of Reno 5 5G, intended for distribution only in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Oppo Reno 5A can be distinguished from Reno 5 5G by the classic fingerprint reader on the back of the housing. However, this is not the only difference, smartphones also differ in screens or batteries.
Oppo Reno 5A has a 6.5-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also has a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a quad camera on the back. We find there a fairly typical set of matrices with resolutions of 64, 8, 2 and 2 Mpx. The additional ones are, of course, responsible for wide-angle photos, macro shots and background blurring. The heart of Reno 5A is the Snapdragon 765 G processor, supported by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, which can be enlarged with a microSD card. The smartphone powers a 4000 mAh battery with 18-watt charging. Everything is enclosed in an IP68 housing and controlled by Android 11 with ColorOS 11 interface.
