Huawei Nova 8i has just debuted in China, the back of which is similar to the flagships of the Huawei Mate series. Meanwhile, Nova 8i is a classic middle-range phone.
Is it bad that the medium-class phone resembles a flagship? Not necessarily, because the round frame of the camera adds character to the device and distinguishes it from its competitors. The specification is less original. We have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor on board, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of data memory. The display has a diagonal of 6.67 inches and Full HD+ resolution, standard refreshment and a fairly large cutout for the front camera. This is because, in addition to the 16-megapixel camera, sensors are placed there - probably for the face recognition system or ToF.

The rear camera is typical for middle-aged people. The main matrix of 64 Mpx (f/1.9) is accompanied by an 8-megapixel 120-degree wide-angle camera accompanied by two 2-megapixel cameras for macro and background blurring - all three with f/2.4 apertures. The smartphone powers a 4300 mAh battery with 66 W charging. Huawei Nova 8i has the EMUI 11 interface and the AppGallery store, but the manufacturer does not reveal whether Harmony OS or regular Android was used... There will be three housing colours to choose from, but not prices have also been revealed.
