Huawei Nova 8i, which debuted in China in early July, is now available in Europe. Where and at what price?
According to our predictions, the European availability of the Huawei Nova 8i model was to be announced in a week, during the launch of the Huawei Nova 9 and Huawei Nova 9 Pro models. However, the smartphone has already appeared in Germany - maybe Huawei decided to arrange a "quieter" plaunch for it, and to make only "9" the stars of the presentation planned for October 21...? Or maybe it was the German branch of the company that hurried up a bit with the presentation...? We won’tfind out - but we can announce that Huawei Nova 8i costs EUR 349. There is one memory version - 6+128 GB - and two colour versions, Moonlight Silver and Starry Black. In Germany, TWS FreeBuds 4i headphones are added to the phone - but it isn’t known whether this will be the case in every Euroland market.

What else does Huawei Nova 8i offer? The smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, a TFT display with a diagonal of 6.67 inches and Full HD+ resolution and a battery with a capacity of 4300 mAh, with 66 W charging. Mate. We find matrices: 64 Mpx (f/1.9), 8 Mpx (wide-angle 120 degrees f/2.4) and 2x2 Mpx, for macro and background blurring - also with f/2.4 apertures. The smartphone works under the control of Android 10 with the EMUI 11 interface (without Google), unlike Huawei Nova 9 and Huawei Nova 9 Pro, which are to debut in Europe with Harmony OS. And this may be the reason for the "separation" of the launches...
