OnePlus is working on a new, inexpensive representative of the middle class. This is Ivan - the future OnePlus Nord 2 CE.
The Indian leakster writes about the OnePlus Nord 2 CE model, hiding under the code name Ivan. According to information from Yogesh Brar, OnePlus Nord 2 CE will be based on the MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, which will be accompanied by a fairly wide range of memory variants. Leakster apparently doesn’t have precise information about memories, as it provides quite protective ranges of 6+12 GB for RAM and the currently typical 128 or 256 GB Flash.
The photo package promises to be just as typical. It will include a 16-megapixel selfie camera, as well as a rear camera with 64, 8 and 2 Mpx matrices. The additional ones are of course used for wide-angle and macro shots. The smartphone will be powered by a battery with a not very impressive capacity of 4500 mAh - but equipped with a fast charging system with a power of up to 65 W. The display of the new OnePlus promises to be quite good. It will be AMOLED, 6.4-inch, with 90 Hz refresh and Full HD+ resolution. There will be a fingerprint reader under the screen. The Nord 2 CE will also receive stereo and minijack speakers, but will not have a characteristic slider to mute notifications. The housing will be based on a plastic frame - but with a glass back. Everything will go under the control of Android 12 with the OxygenOS 12 interface. As you can see, the new smartphone will be a bit modest, but quite sensibly configured. May the prices prove to be equally reasonable... We will find out about them in February 2022 at the latest.
