POCO M4 Pro and POCO X4 Pro 5G make their debut at MWC

POCO has decided to make the intense shades of yellow and blue its hallmark. Both models will be available in one of the above-mentioned colours, but also in classic black. The second distinguishing feature of the new smartphones style is the large camera frame, which covers almost the entire upper part of the rear panel. The cameras themselves, however, take up only the left side of the dark panels, and the rest - large, clear logos. Other elements of equipment, common to the premiere models, are, among others dual speakers, infrared remote controls, mini jacks and NFC, however, its presence may depend on the distribution region. All this is protected against moisture at the IP53 level. Now let's take a look at the specifications of the models mentioned.

POCO M4 Pro

POCO M4 Pro is a smartphone based on the MediaTek Helio G96 processor, supported by 6 or 8 GB LPDDR4x RAM and internal UFS 2.2 128 or 256 GB. The internal memory can be expanded with a microSD card, but unfortunately we will not use the 5G network in this model. The display is made in AMOLED technology and has a diagonal of 6.43 inches, Full HD+ resolution and refresh rate: 90 Hz, and touch - 180 Hz. The screen has a typical brightness of 700 nits, increased temporarily if necessary to 1000 nits and protection with Gorilla Glass 3. The screen has a hole for a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera is triple, with 64, 8 and 2 Mpx matrices and apertures - respectively - f/1.8, f/2.2 (118 degrees of the field of view) and f/2.4 (macro). The power supply is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 33 W charging and a suitable charger included. The smartphone is to cost 219 or 269 euro, respectively for the 6+128 and 8+256 GB versions.

POCO X4 Pro 5G

POCO X4 Pro 5G is a model positioned higher - as you can see, already supporting 5G. It is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, brightness up to 1200 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 360 Hz touch. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, and the hole in its upper part houses a 16 Mpx, f/2.4 selfie camera. The rear camera has a main 108 megapixel matrix and an f/1.9 lens, which is complemented by macro and wide angle modules. The first has 2 Mpx (f/2.4), and the second - 8 Mpx, f/2.2 aperture and a field of view of 118 degrees. The heart of this model is the Snapdragon 695 processor, supported by LPDDR4x and UFS 2.2 memory offered in 6+128 and 8+256 GB sets. The hybrid microSD socket has not been forgotten, and the power supply is provided by a 5000 mAh battery and a 67 W charging system. The charger will be included. Prices - depending on the memory set (6+128 or 8+256 GB), they are 299 or 349 euro.
