Motorola has introduced a new variant of the Moto Edge X30 model for sale in China, equipped with a sub-screen selfie camera.
The new model shares the vast majority of specifications with the already known variant. The only difference is the aforementioned selfie camera, and thus a different display matrix was also used. Where the selfie camera is located (28.45 sq. Mm.), The display has 10,000 special semi-transparent pixels that "disappear" when the front camera is triggered. The pixel density above the camera reaches 400 ppi, while the photographic module itself is a 60-megapixel OmniVision OV60A40 matrix with f/2.2 aperture. The matrix has a size of 1/2.8 inch, and the size of a single pixel is 1.2 micrometers. The screen is made in POLED technology, has a diagonal of 6.7 inches, Full HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 700 nits.
The rest of the specification is taken from Moto Edge X30 unchanged. So we have a Snapdragon 8 Gen1, a 5000 mAh battery with 68 W charging, stereo speakers and LPDDR5 and UFS3.1 memory. On board we will also find two 50-megapixel cameras (main and wide-angle) and a 2-megapixel macro eyelet. A smartphone with 12+256 GB memories is offered for 3499 yuan, or $ 550.
