TCL presented a budget smartphone with a light version of Android. What does TCL 103 offer?
As befits an Android GO smartphone, TCL 103 offers not much and will meet the expectations of only the least demanding buyers who are simply looking for a tool for basic communication. The smartphone is based on the Unisoc SC9863A processor, supported by only 2 GB of RAM, which actually excludes smooth operation even if we have Android 11 GO in the role of the system... Additionally, 32 (actually: 25) GB of data memory has been added, but here on fortunately, there is an option to use a microSD card.

TCL 103 received a 6.1-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution, equipped with a droplet notch for a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. At the rear, there are two cameras, although actually one is useful: 13 Mpx with f/2.2. The other is simply a 2-megapixel background blur. So that the phone does not look poor, the camera frame is made to imitate the presence of one more lens... On the other hand, the smartphone does not lack a classic fingerprint reader and a face recognition system, a minijack and an FM radio. All this is powered by a modest 3000 mAh battery with 5-watt slow charging. We do not know the price yet, but it certainly cannot be too hig...
