Do you remember the Sharp Aquos R6 model, distinguished by a large, single lens on the back of the housing? It has a successor! This is Sharp Aquos R7.
Sharp Aquos R7 was presented in Japan and unfortunately it will probably not exceed the limits of the home market, just like its predecessor. A pity, because it is quite an interesting structure. The smartphone has a flagship interior. It works based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, supported by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory. The display is also top - it is an OLED IGZO matrix, with a diagonal of 6.6 inches and a resolution of 2730x1260 pixels and the refresh rate up to 240 Hz. There is a hole in the screen for a 12.6-megapixel selfie camera.

The most interesting, however, is the rear camera of this smartphone. A 47.2-megapixel sensor with a size of 1 inch was used there, connected to a lens with an f/1.9 aperture, but without optical stabilization. A fast autofocus based on a modified PDAF solution was also added, as well as an additional 2 Mpx module for blurring the background. The whole is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, and the icing on the cake is a waterproof housing, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The price has not yet been specified, as the store debut is expected only in the summer.
With the new Aquos R7, Sharp also showed a new iteration of the compact wish model. Sharp Aquos wish2 is a small medium phone, with a 5.7 inch HD+ screen and a waterproof casing made of recycled materials. The phone has a Snapdragon 695 processor, a 3730 mAh battery and two cameras: 8 Mpx on the front and 13 Mpx on the back.
