HMD Global presented another featurephone in the form of a flip. The new Nokia 2780 Flip is somewhat reminiscent of the familiar Nokia 2760 Flip.
Actually, I should have written more directly: Nokia 2780 Flip is just Nokia 2760 Flip with added FM radio and new housing colors. The rest - is the same on both phones. The same - that is, extremely simple. We are dealing with a construction in the form of a flap, with a small, 1.7-inch auxiliary screen (160 x 128 px) and a 5-megapixel camera on the outside. The inside of the flap hides the main, 2.7-inch TFT 320 x 240 px screen and a classic, physical keyboard.

The phone is based on a Qualcomm 215 processor with a built-in LTE modem, thanks to which (apart from Internet access) it offers a router function and VoLTE technology support. The manufacturer announced (which is a bit surprising) that the phone has as much as 4 GB of RAM, which should ensure a really smooth (if you can talk about it) operation of the KaiOS 3.1 system on which this phone is based. The data is provided with an internal memory of 512 MB (strangely it does not fit in RAM...) and a place for a microSD card up to 32 GB. All this is powered by a removable 1450 mAh battery, which is to provide up to 7.3 hours of talk time or 19 days of standby. Nokia 2780 Flip costs $ 99.
