Nokia C02 - a leap into the past HMD Global unveiled a budget smartphone Nokia C02 in 2023, it probably shouldn't be built at all! Check why!
I know that you can build a cheap and sensible smartphone. It will be plastic, modest, with an HD+ screen, but for a less demanding user it will provide access to basic functions and applications. You can also build something as bizarre as Nokia C02. Imagine a smartphone from 2023 that has a 2-megapixel selfie camera and a main rear camera with a stunning 5-megapixel resolution. A smartphone with only 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The space for files can be increased with a 256 GB card, but nothing can be done with RAM - and even the Android 12 operating system in the reduced version of Go will not help here.

The drama isn't over yet! Imagine that the display of this smartphone, surrounded by a huge frame, has a diagonal of 5.45 inches and a resolution of ... 480 x 960 pixels. Just in time to kill boredom - you can count the pixels on the screen, because the launch of the game can break this smartphone apart ... The manufacturer did not even specify what processor he used, limiting himself to the information that its clock speed reaches up to 1.4 GHz at most . It's probably some Unisoc - but I'm not surprised that the information was left unsaid. I am also not surprised that the power was entrusted to a battery with a capacity of only 3000 mAh. It's a bit dated, but in this case it may be sufficient. Unfortunately, charging will take a while, because it takes place with a power of 5 W. So does this smartphone have any advantages? In addition, on the battery (I know, biscuit!) It has a minijack, and the battery itself can be replaced by yourself. In addition, the phone has a minijack, and the housing boasts an IP52 seal - despite the fact that it has removable "backs"!
At the moment, it is not yet known how much this masterpiece of technology will cost ... But however cheap it is, I advise you to look for another model. Don't get me wrong - I have nothing against cheap smartphones. But let them at least offer a minimum commensurate with the present times!
