Without much publicity, CAT presented another, reinforced smartphone. CAT S75 appeared in one of the German retail chains.
The information provided by the store shows that CAT S75 is a medium-sized device dressed in a solid housing, meeting the requirements of strength and tightness in IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H classes. Despite this, the smartphone does not have a brick appearance. Its style is subdued, modest, and the dimensions are 171 x 80 x 11.9 mm, so they are bearable. Weight - slightly less, because it is 280 g. It is possible that it is to some extent the "fault" of the battery, which has a capacity of 5000 mAh, although it charges with only 15 W. As a consolation - there is also inductive charging. The smartphone offers some interesting facts. Firstly, its housing is antibacterial, coated with silver ions. It can be safely cleaned with hot soapy water, bleach, alcohol and disinfectant.

The smartphone also offers two-way satellite connectivity Bullitt Satellite Connect. Buyers (from Germany) can count on a 3-month free trial of Bullitt Satellite Messenger, which means connecting to a satellite and sending or receiving up to 30 messages per month or SOS emergency calls. It is not known how it will look in other markets. In addition, the smartphone allows you to use the display with gloves or when it gets wet, and it has an underwater photography mode in the camera. This camera has a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) matrix and is supported by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/2.2) and a 2-megapixel macro (f/2.4) camera. The selfie camera, in turn, has 8 megapixels (f /2.0) and is stuck in a droplet notch of a 6.58-inch TFT display. The screen has a Full HD+ resolution and refreshes the image with a frequency of 120 Hz. The heart of CAT S75 is the MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor, supported by 6+128 GB of memory and controlled (for now) by Android 12. However, CAT promises updates for Android 13 and 14. CAT S75 costs 599 euro.
