HMD Global has presented an interesting Nokia G42 smartphone, in which the user can replace, for example, the display itself!

Nokia G42 is built to make repairs quick and hassle-free. The QuickFix system allows you to replace a cracked screen, bent charging ports and a dead battery yourself. Thanks to the partnership with iFixit, the latest Nokia smartphone can be repaired yourself using affordable spare parts and prepared repair instructions. An additional advantage of the phone is its ecological character. The back cover is 65% recycled and the packaging is already 100% recycled.
Nokia G42 received a 6.56-inch IPS screen with HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate, with a droplet for an 8-megapixel selfie camera and glass Gorilla Glass 3. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 480+ processor, combined with 4 or 6 GB of memory and 128 GB of flash, powered by a 5000 mAh battery, charging at 20 W. The triple camera has a 50-megapixel main matrix (f/1.8) and two 2 Mpx modules for macro and background blurring. The housing, available in 3 colors, offers protection against moisture at the IP52 level, and Android 13 plays the role of the system. Nokia G42 is built to last, undergoing rigorous daily impact tests. It's also kept up-to-date with three-year monthly security updates. In addition, users are provided with an update of the operating system for two years.
