We have already had the opportunity to see the appearance of the first OnePlus foldable smartphone, but pre-release plans can change. The new set of renders paints a slightly different picture!

Updated graphics differ in many respects from the vision of OnePlus Fold based on initial reports. The first things that catch your eye are more rounded corners and changed proportions - the foldable OnePlus is now wider and looks like Oppo Find N2. The same cannot be said for the rear camera island, which still looks like OnePlus 11 or Oppo Find X6. The whole has been emphasized, the rectangular periscope telephoto lens has been visually rounded, and the classic Hasselblad photographic brand logo has been replaced with a minimalist H.

The new renders are worth paying attention to not only the back of the device. Another change is the movement of the internal camera for selfies and video calls from the left to the right corner of the foldable screen. The side edges of the phone stand out against the background of Oppo Find N2 flat shape and better placed stereo speakers. There was also a popular notification slider opposite the volume buttons and power button with a built-in classic fingerprint reader.

The expected specification of OnePlus Open remains unchanged - we are to see a 7.8-inch main screen and a 6.3-inch external display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor accompanied by 16GB and RAM and at least 256GB of memory internal. The battery with a capacity of 4800 mAh can be charged with a power of 67 W, and the main camera will be 48 Mpx, wide-angle 48 Mpx and telephoto 64 Mpx. The premiere of OnePlus fold was supposed to take place on August 29, but due to delays in the delivery of displays, it can be expected a few days later.
