New Google devices tend to appear before the premiere in unusual circumstances. A year ago someone left a Pixel Watch in a restaurant, and now a picture of a Pixel 8 Pro smartphone has quietly surfaced on Google's website... hours before the announcement.
It started with a promotional page for Google services on the Google Store, which suddenly showed up promotional photo on which you can see the Google Pixel 8 Pro with a porcelain housing and the thermometer seen in the earlier photos. A few hours later, journalists received invitations to the Made by Google event, where new devices that will expand the Pixel brand portfolio will be presented.
It's not hard to guess what products we're talking about - leaks have long indicated that the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones will debut in October. At the same time, we can also expect the launch of a new smartwatch, i.e. Google Pixel Watch 2. The event will take place on October 4 in New York.
Shortly after the invitations were sent out, new Google smartphones appeared in another place - the certificate database FCC . A total of five devices have been registered with serial numbers GKWS6, G9BQD, GZPF0, GPJ41, and G1MNW - the former appeared earlier this year in the Qi wireless charging certification.
