Many of you are probably asking yourself - What will Samsung Galaxy S24 and Samsung Galaxy S24+ look like? We know the answer!
To put it briefly, there will only be cosmetic changes in the appearance of the two basic models of the Samsung Galaxy S series. At first glance, the new smartphones will look the same as previous - and the differences will only be visible in the details. The most noticeable change will be the flattening of the sides. They will still be slightly rounded, but not as much as in the current generation of Galaxy S. The cameras will gain wider, shiny borders, and the LED diode will also change its position - it will be slightly lower. There will be a plastic cover for the Ultra-Wideband (UWB) antenna on the side of the housing, which immediately makes me concerned about the stiffness of the housing.

Samsung Galaxy S24 is to have a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED display (Full HD+ with 120 Hz refresh rate) and housing dimensions of 147x70.5x7.6 mm. It will therefore be 0.7 mm longer and 0.4 mm narrower than its predecessor, while the thickness remains unchanged. Based on this, it can be assumed that the battery capacity in the new model will increase slightly, to 4000 mAh, but I would not count on faster charging - it will be 25 W. The heart of the new model will probably be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the casing will remain waterproof at the IP68 level. In the field of photography, we are counting primarily on improvements in the software, as no major changes are expected in the hardware itself. On the back we will again see a 50 Mpx main camera, a 12 Mpx wide-angle camera and a 3x telephoto camera with a 10 Mpx matrix, and on the front - 12 Mpx. The Samsung Galaxy S24+ model will be virtually identical, only larger, with a 6.7-inch screen (already QHD+) and a larger battery - 4900 mAh, charging with a power of 45 W. This model will measure 158.5x75.9x7.7 mm and weigh 195 g. In the entire Galaxy S24 series, the screens are to achieve a brightness of up to 2200-2500 nits. We can expect the premiere of the Galaxy S24 series quite soon - on January 18, 2024.
