The Tecno brand, belonging to the Transsion group, presented a new Tecno Pop 8 smartphone, which is distinguished primarily by the fact that it imitates the iPhone.
On the one hand, I do not deny the beauty of Tecno Pop 8. The smartphone is aesthetic and available in interesting colors. On the other hand, I'm irritated by the "inspiration" from the iPhone's appearance... Echoes of Apple smartphones can be seen not only in the rear camera, but also around the selfie camera, which surrounds... the Dynamic Island notification system, here named Dynamic for the sake of recognition. Harbor. It's a bit funny - but the smartphone itself has a few brighter points in its specifications. These include stereo speakers with DTS, which are rare in this price class. The 5000 mAh battery also looks quite good, although it charges rather slowly, with a power of 10 W. And at this point we start to notice the budget nature of the design...

And this observation will never leave us! The smartphone's screen has a diagonal of 6.6 inches and HD+ resolution, although to sweeten it it has an image refresh rate of 90 Hz. There is a hole in the screen for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera, although it looks like the iPhone Pro, actually has only one, 13-megapixel matrix. The second one, with an unknown resolution, is described as an AI camera, and instead of the third lens there is an LED diode. To make it more fun, there is another, smaller diode under it. The heart of the smartphone is the Unisoc T606 processor, supported by 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB internal memory. Therefore, you can immediately see that the phone runs on Android 13 Go. To pretend to others that you have an iPhone, you will have to pay from PLN 7,000 Indian rupees, or approximately $85.
