ZTE has recently introduced two new products. ZTE Blade V50 5G appeared in global distribution, while in Japan - ZTE Libero 5G IV.
ZTE Blade V50 5G
ZTE Blade V50 5G is definitely the more interesting of the new products - and at the same time full of contradictions. The smartphone has a display almost like a flagship. It is a side-curved, 6.67-inch AMOLED matrix with Full HD+ resolution, brightness up to 800 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen has 10-bit colors and full coverage of the DCI=P3 palette, while a fingerprint reader is located under its surface. The frames are quite narrow, which makes the smartphone look attractive. At the top of the screen there is a hole for a 16-megapixel selfie camera. However, the rear camera is closer to cheaper mid-range models. It has a main matrix of 50 megapixels and an f/1.8 aperture, and is accompanied by two 2-megapixel eyes - for macro and blurring the background. The back of the phone is also not ugly - just like the screen, it has bends along the longer sides, a double camera frame and a concentric pattern diverging from it. ZTE Blade V50 5G also has 256 GB of internal memory and a relatively decent 4800 mAh battery with 33-watt charging. This looks like a nice mid-range, right? Unfortunately, not entirely. Then it becomes almost budget-friendly. The heart of the smartphone is the Unisoc T760 processor, supported by 6 GB of RAM, which does not match the quite decent display. True - the screen is probably the most important element of a smartphone - but I would prefer the manufacturer to save on additional cameras rather than on the processor... In Great Britain, this model costs 256 pounds, or USD 325.

ZTE Libero 5G IV
ZTE Libero 5G IV is an exotic from Japan, the fourth Libero model in a row. It is slightly more modern than the previous ZTE Libero 5G III - but it remains a budget device. It has a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, 4+128 GB memory and a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display, but in LCD technology, with a wide "chin" and a droplet notch for an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera is quite typical - it has a main matrix of 50 megapixels and two supporting ones of 2 megapixels each. The power supply is provided by a 4420 mAh battery, charging with a power of 22.5 W. Interesting facts: the smartphone supports the eSIM standard and has a tight IP67 housing
