The Lava brand, quite popular in India, is preparing another 5G smartphone from the Yuva series. It will be - typical for this manufacturer - a rather low-end model with quite modest equipment - but it will certainly not be another poor budget model.
Lava Yuva 4 Pro 5G has a quite fashionable shape with flat housing walls and - as you can see - it will be offered in an attractive blue colour. The camera frame is - considering its capabilities - maybe a bit exaggerated, but it also looks decent. There is actually one camera in it. 50-megapixel. The second one is a 2-megapixel effect aid in portrait photos, and the remaining space is filled by an LED diode and an imitation of the third lens. The revealed photos do not show the front of the smartphone, but you can expect an IPS display with HD+ resolution, with a rather wide frame and a droplet notch for the 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The heart of the new smartphone will be the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, supported by a decent, but not mind-blowing 6 GB of RAM. I suspect that the manufacturer will also add 128 GB of file space, and there should also be virtual RAM. The smartphone will be powered by a battery with a typical capacity of 5000 mAh, but I wouldn't count on too fast charging - it will probably be 18 W. Unfortunately, coming from India leak about this smartphone mentions that the new Android 13 will be used as the system. As a consolation, it is also a promise of 2 years of support for security patches. We don't know the price yet, but it shouldn't exceed 10,000 rupees, or about $120.
