Xiaomi officially presented a new, budget smartphone Redmi A3. Due to its low price and relatively decent equipment, it has the potential to be a hit.
Redmi A3 - for a cheap smartphone - it looks absolutely perfect. It has a simple but fashionable housing shape. It is finished with imitation leather, and the camera frame makes it possible to mistake Redmi A3 for a flagship from a distance. Of course, if we take a closer look, we will notice that the casing is plastic and the screen has a rather wide "chin" - but the first impression may be positive. The enthusiasm will be slightly dampened by the 6.71-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, which tries to make up for it by refreshing the image at a frequency of 90 Hz, and no one will be impressed by the Helio G36 processor, supported by 3, 4 or 6 GB of RAM.

The large photo frame may also be disappointing, as it only houses a simple 8-megapixel camera accompanied by a background blurr and an LED diode. The front camera will turn out to be even less impressive - it is 5-megapixel. The 5000 mAh battery looks slightly better (although it only has 10-watt charging), the phone can also be praised for the presence of a minijack and a triple card slot (2xSIM + microSD). The smartphone also has LTE, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 5, and the casing can be had in one of three colors. Internal memory is available in 64 and 128 GB versions - so we have the following versions to choose from:
- 3+64 GB - 7299 rupees, 87 USD, 82 euros
- 4+128 GB - 8299 rupees, 100 USD, 93 euros
- 6+128 GB - 9299 rupees, 111 USD, 104 euros
