We will soon meet Motorola's flagship smartphones. Among them, the leading model will be the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. What will it look like and what will it offer in terms of equipment?
Motorola Edge 50 Pro will not differ significantly in style from this year's other models of the brand. It will have a matte, plastic back with an attractively integrated camera frame. As reported by AndroidHeadlines, the smartphone will appear in at least three colors, with different texture of the back panel. There will be versions with imitation leather and brushed metal. The distinctive camera frame will accommodate, among others: a main module with a 50-megapixel matrix with optical image stabilization, as well as a camera with a telephoto lens with a focal length of 73 mm and a hybrid 6x zoom. The third camera will be wide-angle (probably 8-megapixel) with a focal length of 13 mm.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro will also receive a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with rounded sides and an image refresh rate of 165 Hz, "varied" with a hole for a selfie camera. The heart of the smartphone will, of course, be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, supported by 12 GB of RAM, probably LPDDR5x. UFS 4.0 internal memory will probably appear in capacities of 256 and 512 GB. Power will be provided by a battery with a relatively low capacity of 4500 mAh, but charging quickly with a power of 125 W - and inductively with a power of 50 W. As a system, we will see Android 14 with a simple interface, but this year Motorola will enrich smartphones with artificial intelligence. Motorola Edge 50 Pro will debut on April 3, in the US it will be known as Motorola Edge+ (2024), and in China - as Motorola X50 Ultra.
