Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro tempts women living in China

It looks like there will be no base variant of the Civi this year. For unknown reasons, the manufacturer decided to present a model called Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro and the note is - I suspect - to emphasize the strong specification of the phone. Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro received a new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 memories. The processor is cooled by an extensive cooling system with a heat dissipation area of 4,184 square mm. Next to the processor, there is also an additional system supporting the reception of Xiaomi Pascal T1 wireless signals. The front of the housing is occupied by a 6.55-inch OLED CSOT C8 display with curved sides, a resolution of 2750x1236 pixels and an image refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen brightness reaches 3,000 nits, there is also anti-flicker PWM 2160 Hz dimming and 12-bit colors, and protection is provided by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The screen has a quite large cutout for a dual selfie camera with 32-megapixel S5K3D2 sensors. The first lens covers a field of 78 degrees and has an f/2.0 aperture, while the second (wide-angle) covers 100 degrees with an f/2.4 aperture. On the back, there are three cameras, and the main one is the OmniVision Light Hunter 800 unit, with a 50-megapixel 1/1.55" matrix, optical image stabilization and an f/1.63 aperture in the Leica Summilux lens. There is also a 50-megapixel S5KJN1 camera with a portrait telephoto lens with an f/1.98 aperture, and the OV13B10 wide-angle camera has 12 megapixels and an f/2.2 aperture and a field of view of 120 degrees.

The smartphone is powered by a 4700 mAh battery, charging with a power of 67 W. The equipment is complemented by, among others: an under-screen fingerprint reader, NFC, an infrared transmitter and stereo speakers, and the system is Xiaomi HyperOS. The smartphone is available in four basic colours and three additional, limited variants with a black insert on the back - but only in the highest memory configuration.

Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro is only offered in China and will probably remain so. The price list and memory versions are as follows:
