The new Samsung Galaxy C55 model was presented in China. It is a mid-range smartphone with an original styling, different from most models of the Korean company.
Samsung Galaxy C55 only in general outline resembles other Samsung models. It has retained the characteristic camera arrangement, but its back is covered with imitation leather with "fake" stitching. The sides are made of a plastic frame that successfully imitates an aluminum one, and the front is occupied by a flat AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.7 inches, Full HD+ resolution, image refresh rate of 120 Hz and brightness up to a thousand nits. The smartphone is also distinguished by a powerful 50-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.4), while on the back it has another 50-megapixel camera (f/1.8), with optical image stabilization and support from an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera (f /2.2) and a 2-megapixel macro camera (f/2.4).
The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB internal memory. The device is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, charging - and here's a nice surprise - with a power of 45 W, quite high for a mid-range Samsung. The equipment of the Samsung Galaxy C55 also includes, among others: under-screen fingerprint reader, stereo speakers or NFC. The casing is available in classic black, and for the braver ones - there is also juicy orange. The price, depending on the selected RAM, is 1,999 or 2,299 yuan, i.e. USD 276-318, EUR 259-298.
