Today in the fashion capital of the world, Milan, Realme presented two new smartphones, the impressive Realme GT6 and a slightly cheaper Realme GT 6T. What do they offer and how much do they cost?

Realme GT 6

Realme GT6 is distinguished by a display with an impressive brightness, reaching 6,000 nits at peak. The typical brightness reaches 1,600 nits, and the display is, of course, AMOLED, with a diagonal of 6.78 inches, a resolution of 2780 x 1264 pixels and an image refresh rate in the range of 1-120 Hz. Displays are one of the most power-hungry elements of electronic devices, but the manufacturer assures that in the case of Realme GT 6 this will not be a problem. "Ultra-efficient power management" combined with a smoothly changing brightness AMOLED 8T LTPO screen is expected to reduce energy consumption by 20%, which would mean that the operating time of the 5500 mAh battery in the smartphone would be comparable to the 5800 mAh battery in a less optimized device. Automatic brightness adjustment is standard among smartphones, but Realme aims to distinguish itself with precision, adjusting to 10,240 brightness levels in response to ambient lighting. HDR and Pro-XDR technologies provide sharp contrast (5000000:1) and vivid colors, PWM 2160 Hz dimming will reduce flickering, and automatic adjustment of brightness and color temperature in low light will additionally protect your eyes. The quality of the Realme GT 6 display is confirmed by the SGS Esports Display, SGS Sunlight-Readable Display, SGS AI Eye-Protection Display and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Display certificates. The battery mentioned a moment ago charges with a power of 120 W, but unfortunately you have to take care of the charger yourself, the set only includes a cable and a cover made of solid, colored silicone.

The smartphone has an attractive, shiny back covered with glass, two colors and a metal frame, and the screen is protected by GG Victus 2 glass. The Snapdragon 8s 3 Gen processor is responsible for the high performance of the phone, supported by memory with capacities up to 16+512 GB and virtual RAM. The main camera is a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 matrix with a size of 1/1.4", with an f/1.69 aperture and optical image stabilization. The next camera - Samsung JN5 1/2.8" - is also 50-megapixel, but has a telephoto lens with zoom 2x and f/2.0 aperture, while the rear set is complemented by an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 wide-angle camera, with a 1/4" matrix and f/2.2 aperture. The front camera is 32-megapixel, with a 1/2.74" matrix and f aperture /2.45. The operating system is Android 14 with AI features, including an "eraser" that erases unwanted elements from photos and a "circle to search" function. Realme GT 6T

The cheaper Realme GT 6T is somewhat similar to the already known Realme GT Neo6 SE, but it surpasses it in several respects. Similarly to Realme GT6, it has an exceptionally bright display, again reaching a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. Typical, usable brightness is at a similar level - 1000 nits, and the maximum in automatic mode - 1600 nits, and the resolution is again 2780 x 1264 pixels. The diagonal (6.78 inches) and the refresh rate, as well as other screen parameters, are also similar. The touch panel has a sampling rate of 2500 Hz and a wet hand and gesture mode over the screen, we also have GG Victus 2 glass again. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, supported by memory up to 12+512 GB, and the power supply is provided by a 5500 battery mAh with 120-watt charging. The basis of the Realme GT 6T photographic set is a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 camera with f/1.9 aperture, supported by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The system is Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 and the promise of three version updates and 4 years of security support. There are two housing colours to choose from, and the price is EUR 549,99 for the version with 8+256 GB memory and EUR 599,99 for the version with12+256GB. Those who order the smartphone by July 3 will receive EUR 100 cashback. Both Realme GT6 and Realme GT 6T also come with a 30 percent discount on Realme Care extended protection.

Realme Buds Air6 Pro

Apart from the new smartphones, Realme is also launching Realme Buds Air6 Pro, headphones with advanced audio technology. Thanks to a dual microphone system that eliminates external and internal noise, as well as intelligent, adaptive noise reduction that dynamically adjusts the mute level in real time, they create good conditions for listening to music. At the heart of the Buds Air6 Pro headphones is the advanced Hi-Fi Quality Dual Driver system, which combines an 11 mm bass speaker with a 6 mm microplanar tweeter. This combination guarantees deep bass and clear high tones. Additionally, thanks to the LDAC HD wireless transmission, offering three times higher data transfer rates than traditional solutions, and the Hi-Res Audio certificate, the headphones deliver high-quality sound.
