The new smartphone from the Vivo Y18 series has just gone on sale. What specifications does the Vivo Y18i offer and at what price?
Vivo Y18i have a lot in common with the basic version of the Vivo Y18 presented in early May, but its parameters are even more modest. Its 6.56-inch screen has HD+ resolution and 90 Hz, and it reaches a maximum brightness of 528 nits. Its processor is the Unisoc T612, and it is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal memory, expandable by 1 TB using a microSD card, and the Android 14 operating system with the Funtouch OS 14 interface. For photos, there is a 13 Mpx main camera with an additional 0.08 Mpx sensor for depth detection and a 5 Mpx front selfie camera. Its 5000 mAh battery can be charged at 15 W, and in addition, the smartphone offers partial IP54 dust and water resistance and stereo speakers.
The new smartphone is currently available online at the manufacturer's Indian store, in the black Space Black or Gem Green colour variants. Its price is 7999 rupees, which is about $95 or €85. The same smartphone also debuted in the Philippines under the name Vivo Y03t, with a slightly richer set of 4 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. Its price there is 4,399 pesos, or about $78, €70.
