OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro now official

The new OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro smartphones have premiered in China. One of these models will soon appear in Europe!

The OnePlus Ace 5 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro look similar, but they differ in several key elements. Both models have the same 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO displays with a resolution of 2780x1264 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1600 nits, and a typical brightness of 800 nits. The screens are protected by Crystal Shield Glass. Both smartphones also have 16-megapixel selfie cameras with an f/2.4 aperture and LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 memory. Both models are equipped with stereo speakers, infrared or NFC emitters and under-screen fingerprint readers. The cameras are also common. The main one has 50 megapixels, optical stabilization and an f/1.8 aperture, while the wide-angle one, with a 112-degree field of view, has an 8-megapixel matrix and an f/2.2 aperture. The set is completed by a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The OnePlus Ace 5 has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 6415 mAh battery, charging at 80 W. In turn, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, a 6100 mAh battery with 100-watt charging and advanced cooling, an additional Wi-Fi chip and a charging bypass.
