Oppo A5 5G and Oppo A5 Vitality Edition are the next new additions to the A series.

The Oppo A5 smartphone family will soon be expanded by two more models - Oppo A5 5G and Oppo A5 Vitality Edition. What do we know about them?

Oppo announces the launch of Oppo A5 5G and Oppo A5 Vitality Edition in China on March 18 - literally in a few days. For now, the manufacturer has revealed the appearance of the phones and only a few basic details, but TENAA already has the specifications of both models. What will they offer?

Oppo A5 5G

Oppo A5 5G (PKQ110) is to have a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, supported by - according to the manufacturer - 8+128, 8+256, 12+256 and 12+512 GB of memory. The equipment will also include a 6.7-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution (and probably 120 Hz refresh) and a 6500 mAh battery with 45-watt charging. Selfies will be taken by an 8 Mpx camera, and on the back we will find a set of 50+2 Mpx matrices. The housing, only 7.56 mm thick, is to be offered in three colours. it looks like both smartphones are to be waterproof.

Oppo A5 Vitality Edition

In turn, the Oppo A5 Vitality Edition (PKV110) is to be positioned slightly lower, it will also be thicker (7.86 mm) and heavier. This model will get a 6.67-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution (but maybe with 90 Hz refresh) and a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. We will see it in 8+256, 12+256 and 12+512 GB memory variants and also in three housing colors.
