Today, Honor introduced two new smartphones Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro, equipped with powerful cameras and quite large batteries. How are they priced?
Honor 400
Honor 400 came in colors called Desert Gold and Midnight Black and has dimensions of 156.5x74.6x7.3 mm and a weight of 184 g. This smartphone is equipped with a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2736x1264 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a brightness of 1.5 to 5000 nits. The screen is eye-friendly and has an HDR certificate. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor controlled by the MagicOS 9.0 system based on Android 15 and powered by a 5300 mAh battery with 66-watt charging. The equipment also includes a 50-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 200-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and an f/1.9 aperture. The photographic set is completed by a wide-angle camera with a 12-megapixel matrix and an f/2.2 aperture.

Honor 400 Pro
In turn, the Honor 400 Pro comes in Lunar Gray and Night Black, measures 160.8x76.1x8.1 mm and weighs 205 g. The screen is of course AMOLED, but with a resolution of 2800x1280 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz and HDR. This model uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and has a 5300 mAh battery with 100-watt wired charging and 50-watt induction. The cameras are similar to the base model, but the back is joined by a 50-megapixel camera with an optically stabilized f/2.4 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom.
The Honor 400 series offers a range of intelligent features to help users improve the quality of their photos, such as Honor AI Eraser, AI Outpainting, AI Erase Passers-by, and AI Remove Reflection. By leveraging Google Veo 2 video generation model on the Vertex AI platform on the Google Cloud, users can explore new possibilities, such as generating video from images, and the HD Moving Photo feature allows you to capture the "golden three seconds" of dynamic live moments, allowing you to easily share or edit video fragments on social media platforms. It also introduces Moving Photo Collage, a first-of-its-kind feature that allows users to combine 2 to 9 moving photos into a single clip. Additionally, Motion Sickness Relief offers the industry’s most comprehensive solution, providing significant relief from nausea and discomfort during vehicle travel, reducing dizziness, and making travel more comfortable and enjoyable for users. MagicOS 9.0 also includes AI Translation, AI Recorder, Magic Portal, AI Minutes, AI Summary, AI Format, Magic Capsule, AI Writing Tools, and AI Subtitles. The Honor 400 series integrates AI Deepfake Detection technology. This feature identifies manipulated content by analyzing synthetic pixel-level imperfections, edge composition artifacts, frame-to-frame continuity, and other details. This protects users from potential deepfake threats during video calls. The Honor 400 series also comes with Gemini, Google’s AI assistant.
Honor 400 in 8/256 GB version will cost 499 EUR. Honor 400 Pro will be offered in 12+512 GB variant for 799 EUR.
