Vivo Y50 5G and Vivo Y50m 5G officially launched in China

A few days ago, the Chinese carrier announced new Vivo smartphones, and today both models are listed on the manufacturer's official website. This marks the official launch of Vivo Y50 5G and Vivo Y50m 5G.

Both models have identical specifications and appearance, with only slight differences in memory variants. Therefore, it appears that they are the same model, intended for different distribution channels. What do Vivo Y50 5G and Vivo Y50m 5G offer? Both models feature 6.74-inch primary IPS screens with HD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, and up to 1000 nits of brightness, with teardrop notches for 5-megapixel selfie cameras (f/2.2). Both also have 13-megapixel main cameras with f/2.2 apertures, ring LED flashes, and additional sensors.

Vivo Y50 5G and Vivo Y50m 5G are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processors, supported by LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 internal memory, except for the 6+128 GB version, which has eMMC 5.1. Power is provided by 6000 mAh batteries with 44-watt charging. Other features include mini-jacks, NFC, Dual-SIM, and infrared transmitters, while the 167.3 x 76.95 x 8.19 mm housing is IP64-rated. Both models weigh 204g. Each model is offered in three colors, and the memory variants are as follows:
