We already know the Vivo Y400 Pro 5G, the Vivo Y400 4G recently debuted - and now it's time for the Vivo Y400 5G.

Vivo Y400 5G is making its debut in India and, of course, it's slightly different from the Vivo Y400 4G. The 5G model has a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, supported by 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage. It also has virtual RAM and an extensive cooling system with a surface area of 40,000 mm². It also has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a brightness of up to 1800 nits. Power is supplied by a 6000 mAh battery with 90-watt charging. Despite this battery capacity, the smartphone is slim (7.9 mm) and lightweight, weighing 197 g.

The Vivo Y400 5G's cameras are not impressive, but acceptable for this price range. The main camera has 50 megapixels, an f/1.8 aperture, and an additional background blur, while the front camera has a 32 megapixel sensor and an f/2.45 aperture. The new model is equipped with powerful stereo speakers and seals guaranteeing IP68/69 protection against liquids and dust. The smartphone is available in two colors: Olive Green and Glam White, as well as two memory variants: 8, 128, and 8, 9256 GB. Prices are 27,000 and 29,000 rupees, or $310/$330, respectively. As you can see, the Vivo Y400 5G differs from the Vivo Y400 4G mainly in the processor and body colours – the rest of the specifications are similar.
