The Indian company Lava has just unveiled an affordable smartphone equipped with an AMOLED display, which is even reflected in the device's name. Meet the Lava Blaze AMOLED 2.
There aren't many smartphones on the market like the Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 - affordable, but with a decent display. The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 doesn't impress with its specifications, but it doesn't have to shy away from its key feature: the screen that allows for interaction with the device. This model features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. This makes it a mid-range display. The rest of the specifications aren't bad either. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor, supported by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of RAM, and is powered by a 5000mAh battery that charges at 33W.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 also features a 50-megapixel camera with an additional depth sensor and IP64 waterproofing. The smartphone features a rather slim 7.55mm thick "Linea Design" body, distinguished by an unusual, horizontal bezel. There are two casing colors to choose from – Midnight Black and Feather White – and the device is priced at 13,500 rupees. Converted, that's $155.
