While waiting for Samsung Galaxy F17 5G launch, the manufacturer has spiced up the wait with the official presentation of a related model, the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G. What does it offer and how much does it cost?
Samsung Galaxy A17 5G has just debuted in India, where it is available in three colors and three memory versions. You can choose from 6+128, 8+128, and 8+256 GB variants for 19, 20.5, and 23,500 rupees, respectively. After conversion, the prices are $215, $233, and $267, respectively.
We learned quite a bit about the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G before its launch, but it's time to officially confirm its details. The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 90 Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The old-fashioned teardrop notch houses a 13-megapixel selfie camera, while the rear houses a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization, a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Power is provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 25-watt charging, and other features include a fingerprint reader, NFC, and IP54 waterproofing. Android 15 with OneUI 7 is running on the system, promising 6 years of support for system updates and security patches.
