A few days ago, Honor announced Honor X7d 4G smartphone, and today a slightly modified version has appeared – Honor X7d 5G. What does it offer?
Honor X7d 5G appeared unannounced in Malaysia and – like the 4G version – is a budget-friendly device. What does the new Honor offer? Not much... It has a 6.77-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and up to 850 nits of brightness. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor, supported by a 6GB+128GB memory setup. Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 is the operating system. Power is provided by a 6500 mAh battery with 35-watt charging. The smartphone also features NFC and powerful stereo speakers, and of course, Dual SIM and 5G support.

Honor X7d 5G isn't exactly awe-inspiring when it comes to cameras. The front camera is barely 5-megapixel (f/2.2), while the rear camera is 50-megapixel (f/1.8) and has an additional background blur. The rest of the quadruple bezel is filled with an LED flash and a protective cover. The housing is available in two colours and features IP65 liquid and dust resistance, as well as a five-star SGS shatter resistance rating. Pricing hasn't been announced yet, but it's unlikely to be an expensive smartphone.
