Vivo Y500 Pro features a 6.67-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has an AG glass cover and advanced eye protection features. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, supported by LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 memory, and runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 as the operating system. Power is provided by a 7000 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 90W charging.

Vivo Y500 Pro is the first model in its category to feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 camera with an f/1.88 aperture. This camera is supported by a 2-megapixel background blur, while selfies are captured by a 32-megapixel front-facing camera in a punch-hole design (f/2.45). The smartphone also features NFC and Dual SIM, and its IP68 and IP69 ratings, as well as a 5-star SGS certification. Dimensions are 160.23 x 74.51 x 7.81 mm and weighs 198.6 g. Four colors are available – Light Green, Titanium Black, Soft Pink, and Auspicious Cloud Gold – as well as four memory variants. They cost:
