Oppo Reno15 and Reno15 Pro debut in China

Oppo has unveiled two new smartphones in China: the Oppo Reno15 and Reno15 Pro. What do they offer?

The new Reno models are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processors, LPDDR5X memory, and UFS 3.1 storage, and feature triple cameras and a similar design. Both run Android 16 with ColorOS 16. Oppo Reno15 features a small, 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 2640 x 1216 pixel resolution, and up to 3600 nits of brightness. A fingerprint reader is located beneath the screen. At the top of the screen, there's a 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus (f/2.0). The main camera is a 200-megapixel 1/1.56-inch sensor with optical image stabilization (f/1.8), and next to it are two additional 50-megapixel cameras: a wide-angle f/2.0 and a periscopic telephoto f/2.8 with optical stabilization and 3.5x zoom. The smartphone is powered by a 6200 mAh battery with 80-watt charging. The smartphone has a metal frame and IP66/IP68/IP69 waterproofing.

Oppo Reno15 Pro has a larger, 6.78-inch screen with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and brightness—again—up to 3600 nits. The camera setup is the same as in the base model, but the battery—naturally—is larger. It has a capacity of 6500 mAh, but still supports 80-watt charging. It also differs from the base model in that it supports 50-watt inductive charging. Each model is available in three colour variants. The following versions are available:

The smartphones will go on sale in China on November 21st. They will arrive in Europe later. However, the global versions of the Oppo Reno15 may be different from the Chinese versions.
