Another locally released model has debuted in the US market – after the Moto G (2026) and Moto G Play (2026). This time, it's the Motorola Moto G Power (2026), whose name promises a large battery or high performance. But there's nothing to get excited about...
It's common practice for Motorola to use the "Power" suffix for models with increased battery capacity. Unfortunately, the Motorola Moto G Power (2026) doesn't quite impress in this regard. The capacity is decent, at 5200 mAh – but in an age where we're already hearing about smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries, that hardly justifies the name "Moto G." The Motorola Moto G Power (2026) charges its battery at 30W, so there's nothing spectacular here, but nothing amazing either. And what about the rest?

The Motorola Moto G Power (2026) has a 6.8-inch LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and reaches a brightness of 1,000 nits. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, supported by 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 internal memory. There's also virtual RAM and a microSD card slot. The device also includes stereo speakers, a minijack, and, of course, cameras. The front camera is 32 megapixels, and the main camera is 50 megapixels. There's also an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a macro camera on the back. Android 16 runs on the system. Motorola Moto G Power (2026) features the typical styling of this year's Motorolas and a choice of two housing colours. This housing is made of plastic, but it is certified for MIL-STD-810H durability and IP68/69 water resistance. The smartphone costs $300 in the US.
