The affordable Tecno Pop 20 has debuted in India. It's a typical budget model – affordable, but with obvious compromises.
The Tecno Pop 20 specifications are a classic in the budget smartphone segment. It features a 6.75-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by a Unisoc T7250 processor, supported by 4 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of internal memory, and 4 GB of virtual RAM. There's also a microSD card slot for expanding file storage. The smartphone is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 15-watt charging. The device also includes two cameras: an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel main camera. Therefore, the specifications are very basic.

However, the smartphone has a few interesting extras. It includes an infrared transmitter (remote control), an FM radio, and FreeLink 2.0 connectivity, based on Bluetooth and operating at a range of up to 1.5 km, even in areas without cellular network access – provided, of course, that the other party has a compatible smartphone. Of course, there are also AI features and the Ella voice assistant. Furthermore, the housing – available in four colors – offers IP54 water resistance and resistance to drops from a height of up to 1.2 meters. The price hasn't been announced yet – but it certainly won't be high.
