Tecno has officially unveiled its latest smartphone, the Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G. The device's striking design catches the eye, but that's not all – the specifications are also impressive.
The Tecno Pova Curve 2 has a striking, slim design. The smartphone is only 7.42 mm thick and weighs 195 g. The impression of slimness is enhanced by the curves of the screen and the rear panel, which is inspired by spaceships and features a triangular, transparent window that allows you to see the smartphone's interior. Another triangle is incorporated on the opposite side of the housing – it houses the camera. Despite its slimness, the smartphone houses an 8000 mAh battery that charges at 45 W. At the heart of the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, supported by 8 GB of RAM and the G1 and SE1 coprocessors responsible for 5G and Wi-Fi connectivity. The AMOLED display measures 6.78 inches, has a 1.5K resolution, and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It also boasts a brightness of up to 4500 nits.

The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and the body is SGS 5-Star certified and IP64 waterproof. A 13-megapixel selfie camera is mounted at the top of the screen, while a 50-megapixel main camera with a 2-megapixel portrait lens and a third, unspecified sensor is located on the back. This is likely a flicker or light sensor, or maybe just a protective cover. The Tecno Pova Curve 2 runs Android 16 with the HiOS 16 interface and promises three software updates. The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G is available in three colors and two memory options: 128 or 256 GB. They are priced at 32,000 or 35,000 rupees, or $355-390.
