The announced new Tecno mid-range phones have now officially launched. Meet the Tecno Camon 50 and Tecno Camon 50 Pro!
The new Tecno mid-range phones share many common features. Besides resembling Samsung models and imitating Apple's Dynamic Island design, both are powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate processor, supported by 8GB of 256GB of memory. Both feature screens with similar specifications – though the base model is flat, while the Pro has a rounded design. These are 6.78-inch AMOLED displays with Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Both also have the same 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia-700 main camera with optical image stabilization. Both also feature 8-megapixel wide-angle cameras, and the Pro model also has a 50-megapixel camera with a 3x telephoto lens.
