Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro have just been joined by a new variant, with more modest specifications and a completely different design.
The different appearance of Vivo X300 FE, with an elongated horizontal camera array instead of a circular one, is partly explained by the fact that it is a regional clone of an existing smartphone. Vivo S50 Pro Mini is currently available for purchase in China, while the Vivo X300 FE can count on global availability – it has so far appeared on the official website of Vivo's Russian branch.
Unlike more expensive models powered by the most powerful Dimensity processors, the Vivo X300 FE uses the slightly more modest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a cheaper alternative to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The camera set is also more modest - Vivo X300 FE has a 50 Mpx Sony IMX921 main camera, a 50 Mpx IMX882 telephoto lens with 3x lossless zoom and an 8 Mpx wide-angle camera, as well as a 50 Mpx front camera for selfies. Compared to other models, the 6500 mAh battery performs well, charging via cable at 90W or via induction at 40W.

Vivo X300 FE has a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 5000 nits. The operating system is Android 16 with OriginOS 6, and is accompanied by 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The Vivo X300 FE is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 190 grams. It also features an ultrasonic fingerprint reader, an infrared emitter, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC.
Vivo X300 FE is available in three colour variants – Lunar White, Cool Purple, and Graphite Black. Currently, only the price of the more modest 256 GB variant is known – it costs 60,124 rubles, or approximately $665.
