The itel Zeno 100 has just debuted in India, a nice-looking, if not particularly original, entry-level smartphone... and that's not even because of its resemblance to the OnePlus.
It just so happens that the smartphone just unveiled in the Indian store had already appeared earlier, under a different name - itel A100. That one, in turn, had a name identical to the itel A100 from 2025 – a smartphone with a completely different appearance, though with very similar budget parameters.
What does the itel Zeno 100 offer? Its strengths include durability compliant with the MIL-STD-810H standard, promising resistance to drops from a height of 1.2 meters, as well as Ultralink connectivity, allowing you to connect to compatible devices via Bluetooth when cellular data is lost. The manufacturer also emphasizes the battery life of the 5000 mAh battery, charging at 10W, which is expected to last for 8 hours of gaming or 32 days on standby.
The itel Zeno 100 has a 6.6-inch display with HD+ resolution, a 90 Hz refresh rate, and a typical brightness of 480 nits. Its processor is a Unisoc T7100, and it comes with a modest 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage—the latter can, thankfully, be expanded by up to 2 TB via a microSD card. The operating system is Android 15 Go, and it features an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front-facing selfie camera in the notch. The phone also features a 3.5 mm audio jack, DTS audio, an infrared emitter, and a fingerprint reader on the side edge.
The itel Zeno 100 is available in three color variants—Silk Green, Pure Black, and Titanium Gold. The 3 GB RAM variant costs 6,866 rupees (approximately $75, €64), while the 4 GB RAM version costs 7,285 rupees ($80, €68).
